Refund & Cancellation Policy

RankFlow is a digital product delivered instantly on payment. We want you to be happy with your purchase — this policy explains when a refund is available.
1. Cancellation
RankFlow is a one-time purchase, not a subscription — there is nothing to cancel and you will never be billed again for the same account.
2. Refund window
You are eligible for a full refund of ₹399 if both conditions are met:
- you request the refund within 7 days of your payment; and
- you have marked fewer than 20% of the total tasks (that is, fewer than roughly 130 of the ~664 tasks) as complete.
This threshold exists because RankFlow is a digital tool with no recoverable stock — once you have used it to plan and track significant portions of your syllabus, we cannot "unsell" the value delivered.
3. When we always refund
If the Service is materially broken on our side and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time — for example, sign-in fails for you for more than 7 days after payment, or your account never activates — we will refund your full payment regardless of the 7-day / 20% conditions above.
4. When we do not refund
- requests made more than 7 days after payment;
- requests where more than 20% of tasks have been marked complete;
- accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service;
- partial refunds for perceived under-use — the product is all-or-nothing.
5. How to request a refund
Email highscorekerala@gmail.com from the same email address you used to sign up. Include:
- your Razorpay payment ID (from the receipt email); and
- a short note explaining why you would like a refund.
We will confirm eligibility within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 business days; the money typically reflects in your account within 7–10 business days depending on your bank.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank or card network — most issues are resolved faster by email. Chargebacks filed without giving us a chance to help may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
