Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RankFlow (the "Service"), a NEET syllabus progress tracker operated by Afsal ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

RankFlow is a digital tool that lets you track your progress across the NEET Class 11 and 12 syllabus for Biology, Physics, and Chemistry. It is a study aid — it is not affiliated with the NTA, NCERT, or any board or coaching institute, and it does not guarantee any examination outcome.

2. Account

You must provide accurate information when signing up and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each account is for a single user. You may not share, transfer, or resell your account.

3. Payment and access

RankFlow is offered as a one-time payment of ₹399 (INR), inclusive of applicable taxes, in exchange for lifetime access to the Service. "Lifetime" means for as long as we continue to operate the Service. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card or banking details.

4. Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its content;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or bulk-download the Service;
• use the Service to send spam, malware, or unlawful content;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without refund where the violation is material.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, text, syllabus mapping, and task breakdowns, is owned by Afsal and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Your account grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service — nothing more.

7. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. If we permanently discontinue the Service, we will make reasonable effort to provide advance notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost study time or examination results.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Manjeri, Kerala, India.
